From KLAS, CBS 8, in Las Vegas:

Brent Husson is the owner of a small landscape shop in south Las Vegas. He has fears of closing down all because of the proposed bill. According to Brent, the bill makes it easier for workers to unionize and with his small shop of 50 workers, he says that would put him out of business.

"For me personally, our business, if we get unionized it would cause me to raise my prices where I would probably go out of business," he said.

...

Ensign's gripe is with the open voting. The bill would eliminate the silent vote for union representation. Business owners say unions workers can come to their shop and intimidate.
